Membership packages and costs

Principal Firm: Merchants

Who is it for? Firms involved in trading raw cotton e.g. merchants, buyers and sellers
How much will it cost? This is based on the amount of cotton you trade per year using the following ‘tonnage bands':
    

Band A (small organisation): up to 20K tons = US $5K

Band B (medium organisation): 20K-50K tons = US $10K

Band C (large organisation): 50K-200K tons = US $20K

Band D (very large organisation): 200K+ tons = US $40K

What is included? All the benefits of ICA membership PLUS one free Individual Member (who has full voting rights) and no application fee for arbitration
 

Principal Firm: Producers & Mills

Who is it for? Firms involved in producing or spinning cotton e.g. growers, ginners and spinners
How much will it cost? US $2,000
What is included? All the benefits of ICA membership PLUS one free Individual Member (who has full voting rights) and no application fee for arbitration

Affiliate Industry Firm

Who is it for? Firms providing a service to the cotton trade, e.g. arbitration, banking and finance, legal and professional, logistics, inspection and media
How much will it cost? US $2,000
What is included? All the benefits of ICA membership PLUS one free Individual Member (who has full voting rights)

Affiliated Association

Who is it for? Any cotton association that promotes the interests of buyers / sellers within a particular country / region and supports the ICA principle of contract sanctity and the use of ICA Bylaws & Rules
How much will it cost? No fee
What is included? A 50% discount on ICA membership PLUS reduced arbitration application fees for your existing members* (see Association Member Firm below)

*Existing members of your association must be a producer or a mill

 

Association Member Firm

Who is it for? Producers or mills that belong to an association that is registered with the ICA as an Affiliated Association
How much will it cost? US $1,000
What is included? All the benefits of ICA membership* PLUS a reduction in arbitration application fees (£2,500 compared to £10,000)

*This membership does not include an Individual Member and therefore no ICA voting rights. To gain the right to vote see ‘Principal Firm: Producers & Mills’

Individual Member

Who is it for? Individuals who are employed by a firm that is registered with the ICA as a Principal Firm (Merchants / Producers & Mills) or an Affiliate Industry Firm
How much will it cost? US $500
What is included? All the benefits of ICA membership PLUS full voting rights and the chance to become an ICA Arbitrator
