Arbitration
If you trade under ICA Bylaws and Rules, you have the right to apply for ICA arbitration in the event of a contract dispute.
why choose us?
You will receive an impartial and internationally recognised arbitration service that upholds the sanctity of contracts and promotes good trading practice. You also gain our commitment to ensure that disputes are settled as quickly as possible. ICA arbitration awards can be enforced in foreign courts under international law, following an agreement made in New York on 10 June 1958 on the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.
what are the fees?
Application for arbitration is free to ICA members registered with the Association on the date of the contract giving rise to the dispute. Members also pay reduced fees and stamping charges for technical and quality arbitration. Click here for details on fees for members and non-members.
