The costs for quality arbitrations and appeals are detailed below:
(Please note that the amount to be paid in each case will be in line with the firm's ICA registration status on the date of the contract giving rise to the dispute - see ICA Bylaws 356-359)

Reclaim VAT
For firms not resident in the UK, you may be able to reclaim the VAT. Here is how:

- In the section of 'Quick links', click 'Forms'
- In the section of 'Main form areas', click 'VAT forms'
- Go through the search results, you will find 'VAT' and 'VAT65' (Company in EC) or VAT65A (Company outside EC)
