Contracts

If you buy or sell cotton in the international market, there are two ways the ICA can provide you with contract support – via our online contracts or by downloading a printed contract.

Online contract

The 'ICA Electronic Contract' enables you to create a contract online and immediately email it to the other party. You can tailor the contract to include special clauses and terms and save the template so that you can use it when creating your next contract. The facility also gives you immediate access to the full text of the relevant ICA Bylaws & Rules. A printable contract template is also available (see below).

Printed contract

The 'ICA International Contract Form' is a printable template to help you create a contract. It is available as a FREE download.
