Singapore set for one of the cotton community's favourite events

Bringing over 600 delegates to Singapore, the ICA Singapore 17 event is an exciting opportunity for all those involved in the cotton industry. From ginners and growers to spinners and merchants, the event brings together the major players in the industry and offers all delegates the chance to network, meet old friends and colleagues and attend lectures by top speakers.
Taking place in the beautiful Raffles City Convention Centre, the event provides the perfect platform to do business and delve into current industry issues. Delegates will also gain insights at a macro level from our speakers who will cover topics as diverse as the global economy and the rise of blockchain.
Ms Amreeta Eng, International Enterprise (IE) Singapore’s Group Director for Trade Promotion, said, “We are pleased that ICA has chosen Singapore for its annual cotton event. It clearly signifies the growing importance of Asia in the world cotton industry. Singapore is one of the world’s largest agri-commodities trading hubs, and IE Singapore is committed to working with the sector to ensure Singapore continues to be a leading trade hub that stays relevant for its needs”.
Singapore 2017 is open to anyone with an interest in the cotton trade and we look forward to welcoming representatives of RCMA, Louis Dreyfus and Rabobank among others. We are pleased to be bringing the event to the cotton hub of Singapore and looking forward to celebrating its history and culture.
